Liberty Packaging Systems LLP (LPS) is the “data controller” of all personal information that is collected and used within ‘LPS’ for the purposes of the General Data Protection Act.

Personal data means any information relating to you, which allows us to identify you, such as your name & contact details, sometimes payment details and sometimes information about your access to our website.
We may collect this data from you when you make an enquiry with us, purchase a machine, supplies or a service contract from us, via the post, telephone, email or websites.

a. Name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, payment details, bank account information (including account name, account no, sort code), credit/debit card or other payment details;

a. Providing information on products and services you requested: we use the information you give us to perform the services you have asked for in relation to your enquiries;

c. Credit or other payment card: we use your payment information only for making payments, details are not recorded and are destroyed / shredded after use.
d. Bank details: we sometimes use your bank details (sort code & account no) to prepare standing orders for you to submit to your bank for service contract payments. This data is kept on our secure / encrypted databases until the contract is no longer required. After the contract is terminated the data is securely deleted.
e. Marketing: from time to time we may contact you with information regarding promotions and ancillary products via post and/or e-communications. You will have the choice to opt out of receiving such communications by indicating your choice at the receiving stage. You will also be given the opportunity on every e-communication that we send you to indicate that you no longer wish to receive our direct marketing material via e-mail.
We will only process your personal data where we have a legal basis to do so. The legal basis will depend on the reasons we have collected it and need to use your personal data for.
In most cases we will need to process your personal data so we can enter into our contract of supply with you.

Your personal data may be shared within the AMS Group of companies incorporating only Liberty Packaging LLP & Addressing & Mailing Solutions Ltd & both registered at the same address.
We may also share your data for the necessary running of the business with credit and debit card companies which facilitate your payments to us.
